FALCON's swift vigilance serves citizens too - aiding those who educate our children, protect our loved ones' health, and seek security for their customers. Through FALCON, employers will be able to immediately identify persons unsuitable to work with children, elderly persons, or disabled persons. (And where authorized by statute, employers can be sure someone hired clean stays clean in Florida. A subsequent arrest will trigger an alert.)
Another crucial FDLE mission is supplying public leaders with criminal justice information. With FALCON those statistics, performance data, and trends will be more complete, up-to-the-minute, and available as needed.
